Normally an item will be dispatched the same day or the next working day.
Once an item has been dispatched from our depot you will receive notification and where possible a tracking number and the name of the third party logistics company who will be handling your parcel.
Normally your item will be delivered with 3-5 working days however in some extreme cases this may be longer. Please use the tracking information provided to check the progress of your parcel.
If you are not in when a delivery attempt is made the delivery driver should leave you a note with instruction on how to arrange another delivery attempt.
