Items are sold on this site for the price displayed on the day of sale.
The site proprietor reserves the right to decline any order made on this site. The contract of sale will be effective upon dispatch of your item(s), until that point both parties may decide to withdraw from the sale. Where payment has been made the full amount will be refunded by the most convenient method to the proprietor at the soonest possible time.
Where an item has been sold but the proprietor is unable to ship within 14 days, a full refund for the item will be made, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch without charge. To cancel please contact us stating you name order ID and date of purchase. If your item has been dispatched you will be able to return the item providing it meets the conditions set out below.
Items may be returned
to the proprietor for any reasonable reason* within 7 days of delivery. Return
of the item is the sole responsibility of the buyer and the proprietor must
be informed of the reason for return prior to returning your item.
* Items which have
been damaged by misuse or deliberate action will not be subject to the 7 day
return policy. Clothing, personal, DVDs and other media items may also be subject exclusion, please read the exclusion terms below.
Personal items which have been worn, used or have had hygene labels removed may not be returned as unwanted items.
DVDs, CDs and other recordable media may not be return as unwanted items if the item has been opened.
Faulty or defective items may be returned within a reasonable length of time for a replacement.
The site proprietor accepts no responsibility for items displayed on this site which are for sale by another seller.
Delivery charges dispalyed on this site are quoted as estimates of actual handleing and shipping. In some cases it may be neccessary to pay additional postage and handleing charges, in which case the buyer must agree to pay any additional charge prior to the item(s) dispatch.
Itams lost in transit will be refunded/replaced on completion of a sucessful loss claim.
The buyer must ensure that information provided to this site is current and accurate. Any losses incured due to innacurate or eronous information provided on this site will be sole responsibility of the buyer.
