The service offers to take back old electical items and ensure that they are disposed of by authoriesed recycling agents. We can only take back like for like items i.e an iron for an iron or a kettle for a kettle and you must have purchased the new item from our web site.
We will take back your item and ensure that it is disposed of in an eco friendly way through an approved recycliing agent. The agent will ensure that parts of the item that can be recycled are removed and recycled.
Recyling old electrical items in this way helps to protect the environment by reducing the demand on natural products such as metal ores and minerals that are mined or taken from the earths natural stores. Mining and collection of metal ores, minerals or other raw products can some times damage the natural sorounding and endanger the natural habitat of wild life.
